I had an absolute blast doing goat yoga! The goats were every bit as adorable as you’d imagine, and the yoga session itself was incredibly fun and led by a hilarious instructor. A huge shoutout to Stephanie (I hope I’m remembering her name right!), who was amazing at teaching us all about the animals. A couple of quick tips for first-timers: Skip the sports bra and wear a t-shirt instead to avoid getting any minor scratches or bruises on your back when the goats jump up. Also, definitely wear your hair up in a bun the goats love to nibble on hair! Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
We had so much fun playing with all the animals! The goats were so cute and playful during yoga! Staff was great and let us play with the animals before yoga began and let us stay to play with them after yoga was over. Unforgettable experience for sure! 10/10
Goat Yoga on a Sunday morning was a fun break from the normal routine of life. The most chaotically fun yoga session you can have!! The animals were all sweet, loving, and wanted to be a part of the action. Go for the goats, stay for the yoga!
Loved or stay here and getting to know the owners, but also more importantly, Lola the dog, Ash the dog, Apple the goat, Lingling the cat, and so many other animals! The room is great, the bed is super comfy, and the owners were happy to adjust our reservation when we couldn’t make it the first time. We will definitely be back one day!
We enjoyed our stay so much that we came back 2 weeks later. You can pet and interact with every animal on the farm. Ms Linda and Mr Steven have created a place to unplug, relax and spend time on the farm. My daughter loved the micro-miniature goats - she got to feed them during the day and play with them as much as she liked. Besides many curious goats, they also have a cow, turkeys, roosters, chickens, geese, ducks, dogs and cats. We stayed in the studio loft above the barn. The bed was comfortable, kitchenette had everything we needed, air conditioning was cold, and it was very clean.
This was an incredible find for us. Booking in advance, we had no idea how bad we would need this getaway. We were beat down for a couple of weeks but it all melted away the moment we arrived. Our hosts are incredible people and made us feel like we were staying with friends. We loved all the cuddles from our new furry friends. I highly recommend.
My daughter and I went to Goats on the Bayou Farm AirBnb last weekend air a get away and had the BEST time of our lives. The hosts (owners) Linda and Stephen were the best hosts. They did way more than was required at an AirBnb. They continually offered to help any way they could to make our stay more enjoyable. Lots of snacks were in the room. So thoughtful!! There are 40 PRECIOUS, ADORABLE goats and a tiny goat, Percie. You are able to give Percie a bottle which is so much fun as she gobbles it down! . The other goats love to be petted and loved on. There are also turkeys, geese, ducks, and a Brahma mix cow who loves to be loved on!! We had a weenie roast and s’mores delight over the campfire and watched a Christmas movie outside while loving on the animals. Don’t forget the goat aerobics. There were 2 sessions this weekend. It was great!!! The goats seemed to love it as much as the participants!! I am serious - this is the best vacation - we are absolutely going back. Hope to see you there!
